Varun Hiremath, the Founder and CEO of the Hiremath Family Foundation, who is known for his strong commitment to rural development, also serves as the CEO of FairDeal Wealth Advisors. He is dedicated to helping people in rural areas.
Varun’s idea of combining business and social responsibility has enabled him to lead various projects that have strongly benefited the rural people. Varun believes that sustainable change happens when the local communities identify and make their own decisions to start changing with respect to the issues that are before them. Varun’s holistic approach to societal development by focusing entirely on fulfilling the needs of the rural people is causing a process of lasting sustainable change in their lives.
Programs like rural e-learning centers, health camps, and vocational training initiatives were established. These programs transformed the lives of rural people completely.
Thus, we can conclude that, with its holistic perspective of health, education, and empowerment, as well as projects in progress and possible future projects, the Hiremath Family Foundation is indeed making an impact on society.

Mission
Our aim is to strengthen rural communities by handling the main reasons behind poverty, illiteracy and inequality. We aim to make change last by giving people access to education, healthcare, job skills and efforts to protect the environment. Our work is focused on making communities strong, helping local economies grow and encouraging a culture of hope, opportunities and self-sufficiency for many generations.

The Hiremath Family Foundation
A Visionary Initiative to Empower Rural India
Established on 13 August 2023, in Mumbai, the Hiremath Family Foundation, a private limited company, that is registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), is efficiently contributing towards the development of the society. It was concerned with sustainable transformation in rural India through ventures in health, education, livelihoods, and empowerment.
Foundation's Activities: Working Models
To create a good impact in the lives of the communities it serves, the Hiremath Family Foundation has employed new and innovative models across sectors of health, education, and empowerment.
- Health and Social Impact Initiatives
In the health sector, we observed the foundation created some excellent initiatives like organizing health camps, conducting free health check-ups, distributing medicines, and holding education sessions on disease prevention and good hygienic practices. These camps primarily target places with limited or no health care access. Additionally, foundation distributed sanitary kits, nutrition packs, as well as awareness raising as part of basic health and hygiene practices, thereby providing access to essential health care and public health improvements and outcomes, and partners with local doctors.
- Community Outreach and Empowerment
The foundation has worked in the education sector whereby it has initiated community-based e-learning centres to students of classes 6-10 with learning tools including digital modules, English lessons and mock exams plans. This led to the fact that the students in the country side performed better in school and; maintaining the importance of education in the life of these students, was crucial in the future ambitions they had. Moreover, they initiated Celebrate with Purpose to make every special occasion a giving one. They add warmth to the senses of happiness, relationship, and belongingness, through giving of school kits, meals, and toys to the rural children and their families.
- Youth and Women Empowerment Programs
The foundation also emphasizes on the empowering the youth and women through education and skills development. To make the rural children, teenagers, and women acquainted with essential digital skills, Digital Literacy Programs are introduced. The program teaches about the skills on computer and Microsoft Office, creating pathways to further education or job opportunities.
Skill Development Program has vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, and entrepreneurship besides financial literacy training. The programs operationalize financial literacy education and skills development to the participants; resulting to self sufficiency, reliable stability and an enhancement in the socio-economic status and wellbeing of the participants.
